'Hydro base nutrients' 

House & Garden ‘Aqua Flakes’ is a universal nutrient designed to be used with both re-circulating and run-to-waste hydroponic systems. The Aqua Flakes nutrients can be used in both hard and soft water (although is more suited to hard water).

Aqua Flakes Grow contains the higher levels of nitrogen that plants require during the vegetative cycle. Aqua Flakes also contains chelated iron (Eddha-Fe).

H&G recommend using their additives with this nutrient, particularly the Roots Excelurator, Roots Stimulator and Multi Enzyme.

Please note: before Aqua Flakes Grow was released H&G recommended using Aqua Flakes (Bloom) throughout the vegetative and flowering growth stages. You can still use the H&G Aqua Flakes in this way and achieve good results.
