Please contact us if you have not received your parcel within 7 working days Postage Charges (Export)Charges will be given via email and starts at £9.95 Items over 5Kgs will be £19.95 Price will be quoted on weight of parcel and will be sent by the best carrier for the destination Delivery time will be 14 to 21 days Please contact us if your parcel has not been received within 28 days Delivery InstructionsOrders without credit card will be prepared and dispatched as soon as your payment has been received and banked Your goods will be delivered to the address on the order form In the case of Credit card orders the items will only be delivered to the registered address associated with that card We must have your full postcode and telephone number Receiving Orders (UK)Goods should be with you within 3-5 working days If goods do not arrive within 7 working days please notify us immediately All goods must be inspected upon reciept Damaged deliveries must not be accepted If you accept damaged goods from the delivery company they are non-refundable Receiving Orders (Export)Goods in stock will be despatched within 3 working days Goods should be with you within 14 to 21 days If goods do not arrive within 21 days please notify us immediately ReturnsIf on receipt the goods are faulty then please take the following steps: Please email returns@abergreen.co.uk to arrange any returned items Please pay the return postage and send back by recorded delivery so you have a proof of posting Any faulty/missing system parts will be replaced and sent out within 3 working days If the item is in stock we will replace it immediately. If not we will give a credit note or a refund with postage Postage will not be charged on replacement/repair of faulty goods

Email returns@abergreen.co.uk to inform us of your complaint Goods must be returned unused and in the same condition as they were received GuaranteeIf you are not
satisfied with any of our products, You MUST contact us before returning any item Please send returned products back unused and in the condition they were received Systems that have been used will not be refunded We will not replace any products after 2 months If product cannot be repaired or replaced we will give you credit note or a refund Larger systems that require partial customer construction will not be refunded if partially or wholly constructed |
