Charges will be given via email and starts at £9.95
Items over 5Kgs start at £19.95
Price will be quoted on weight of parcel and will be sent by the best carrier for the destination
Delivery time will be 14 to 21 days
Please contact us if your parcel has not been received within 28 days
Delivery Instructions
Orders by cheque will be prepared and dispatched as soon as your payment has been received and banked
Your goods will be delivered to the address on the order form
In the case of credit card orders the items will only be delivered to the registered address associated with that card
We must have your full postcode and telephone number
Receiving Orders (UK)
Goods should be with you within 3-5 working day. Generally 24-48 hours.
If goods do not arrive within 7 working days please notify us immediately
All goods must be inspected upon reciept
Damaged deliveries must not be accepted
If you accept damaged goods from the delivery company they are non-refundable

Goods in stock will be despatched within 3 working days
Goods should be with you within 14 to 21 days

Returns
If on receipt the goods are faulty then please take the following steps:

Please pay the
return postage and send back by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery so you have a
proof of posting
Any faulty/missing
system parts will be replaced and sent out within 3 working days
If the item is in
stock we will replace it immediately. If not we will give a credit
note or a refund with postage
Postage will not be charged on replacement/repair of faulty goods

Goods must be returned unused and in the same condition as they were received
