Standard item are shipped via Royal Mail First Class delivery. Delivery time 1-3 days

Special Delivery including Sat and before 12 noon available on request

Large orders and heavy items shipped via TNT courier. Delivery time 24-48 hours

Service for Europe and outside Europe the best carrier for the destination will be used

Charges will be given via email and starts at £9.95

Items over 5Kgs start at £19.95

Price will be quoted on weight of parcel and will be sent by the best carrier for the destination

Delivery time will be 14 to 21 days


Please contact us if your parcel has not been received within 28 days


Delivery Instructions

Orders by cheque will be prepared and dispatched as soon as your payment has been received and banked

Your goods will be delivered to the address on the order form

In the case of credit card orders the items will only be delivered to the registered address associated with that card


We must have your full postcode and telephone number


Receiving Orders (UK)

Goods should be with you within 3-5 working day. Generally 24-48 hours.


If goods do not arrive within 7 working days please notify us immediately

All goods must be inspected upon reciept

Damaged deliveries must not be accepted

If you accept damaged goods from the delivery company they are non-refundable


Receiving Orders (Export)

Goods in stock will be despatched within 3 working days

Goods should be with you within 14 to 21 days


If goods do not arrive within 28 days please notify us immediately

Returns


If on receipt the goods are faulty then please take the following steps:

Please email returns@abergreen.co.uk to arrange any returned items

Please pay the return postage and send back by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery so you have a proof of posting

Any faulty/missing system parts will be replaced and sent out within 3 working days

If the item is in stock we will replace it immediately. If not we will give a credit note or a refund with postage

Postage will not be charged on replacement/repair of faulty goods

If on receipt you are not happy with your goods please take the following steps:
Email returns@abergreen.co.uk to inform us of your complaint

Goods must be returned unused and in the same condition as they were received


Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with any of our products,
please email returns@abergreen.co.uk within 14 days to resolve your complaint

You MUST contact us before returning any item

Please send returned products back unused and in the condition they were received

Systems that have been used or partially constructed will not be refunded

We will not replace any products after 2 months

If the product cannot be repaired or replaced we will give you credit note or a refund
